Before delivering your printing arts, be sure to:

Have a file designed in the following applications: Illustrator CS, Photoshop CS or Freehand MX. We do not process files in Corel Draw format or in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) or Microsoft Publisher.

Include all the fonts or convert them to curves (in the case of Illustrator or Freehand).
The color must be converted into CMYK and not into RGB (including monotones and duotones).

Keep in mind that all Pantone colors in your files will be reproduced in their equivalent in CMYK.

We recommend using color charts in four-color, Pantone Process or Pantone Solid To Process, to achieve accurate color and avoid surprises. For this reason, we recommend that you perform a color test before printing.

Include all the images related to your documents. Save your images in TIFF or EPS format. In the case of EPS, use the Encoding JPEG Maximum Quality option and the Preview TIFF 8-bit (Windows) or Macintosh 8 bit / pixel (Macintosh, in the options box when saving the EPS); In the case of TIFF, do not use the LZW copression option. Also make sure not to save these images with layers.

To achieve an optimal result the images must have: For printing 300dpi, and for outdoor printing at least, a resolution of 72dpi at real size.
